Peter Lackey Joins Askival

Residential development specialist Peter Lackey has joined our team to assist with project management work in London’s East End on behalf of our client, Poplar HARCA.

Peter has considerable experience in major residential schemes and has worked in a number of leading roles for major house-building companies such as Berkeley Homes, Dandara and EcoWorld London. 

Having worked at director level with EcoWorld on Poplar HARCA’s Aberfeldy Village for seven years, Peter was a natural choice for Askival. 

Askival director Malcolm Ward, who leads for Poplar HARCA on their Aberfeldy Village regeneration project said: “Having Peter on board as part of the Askival team is fantastic.  He has so much experience across the whole development spectrum, from site acquisition through project inception, planning, pre-construction and construction to sale and after care.
