Askival secured 4 flats for social rent within the context of this high-end private development in West Hampstead.

Our services included a financial appraisal and project management of a S106 scheme, recommending the offer price to Innisfree Housing Association and, on agreement, negotiating with the developer, instructing lawyers and managing the contractual process.

A key element of this was the discussion around service charges to ensure that the affordable housing remains viable for the tenants living within this high specification scheme of 200 private flats.

The new homes are all on the ground floor with direct access to external amenity space.

We managed the project through to completion and delivered quality accommodation on budget for our client.
