Balfron Tower

Askival provided additional resource to Poplar HARCA to help oversee the completion of a £40m refurbishment of this iconic Grade II* tower block in London’s East End.  

Support was given to all parties with a view to providing direction, drive and a structured, procedurally based approach to resolving problems and completing works to a high standard.  To overcome viability issues, the original private sale scheme was also re-engineered for the build-to-rent market.
