As client-side project managers, we are overseeing the retrofit of two adjacent properties — one owned by Westminster City Council and the other by Walterton and Elgin Community Housing.
Though a small scheme in terms of numbers, it brings together two clients with different end uses, coordinated to achieve economies of scale and shared value.
Our objective is to represent the interests of both parties, so their respective needs are aligned. Askival is used to juggling complexities and delivering value for money. Our goal is to provide a successful blueprint for Westminster’s wider retrofit ambitions.
