After a lengthy period of stakeholder consultation and planning issues, this £230M project has started on site, but delivery is now delayed due to changes required to comply with revised building regulations. Centred around the existing market stalls, a new town centre is going to emerge with a significant portion of new social housing, both affordable and shared ownership. Askival’s skills are needed once again to help our client secure a confirmed CPO and finalise land assembly.
