Edgwarebury Manor, Edgware, London

Askival secured 51 flats and houses under a S106 agreement with Fairview New Homes at Hartland Drive, Edgware for the  Industrial Dwellings Society (IDS).

The development provides 28 homes for affordable rent and 23 homes for shared ownership.

A range of services were provided to IDS, including financial appraisals, selection and appointment of the technical team, and contract negotiations with Fairview. Further services included the preparation of board reports, management of the sale of 23 shared ownership dwellings, and consultations with IDS’ finance, housing and asset management staff internally.

The scheme, known as Edgwarebury Manor, was completed four months ahead of schedule and within budget.
