Working with our client, IDS, and architects Pollard Thomas Edwards, Askival has helped to deliver an optimised planning consent for the site that converts an existing outline permission for 17 units into a detailed consent for 27 new dwellings.

The development is 100% affordable housing with a mixture of affordable rent and shared ownership tenures, providing a range of 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed homes.
