Hyde Park, Gateshead

Working in partnership with the local Jewish community and the local authority, Askival has assisted Agudas Israel Housing Association with developing a site for 20 large family homes to be delivered as part of a wider regeneration project in Gateshead.

The homes will be mixed tenure, comprising social rent, shared ownership and rent to buy options.

Askival has been instrumental in securing Homes England grant to assist with viability and in establishing design and build contracts with delivery partner, Vistry.
