Jolles House
Askival’s delivery team has helped redevelop the former site of 12 flats and adjacent garages into much needed accommodation in the heart of Bromley by Bow, London E3.
The project required the acqusition of a number of leasehold flats which had been purchased under the Right to Buy. We also acquired a neighbouring building to square off the site and to add value to the development potential of the scheme design.
The site now provides a 100% affordable scheme of 70 homes with 13 flats for rent and 57 for shared ownership.
