Leopold Estate

This award-wining regeneration of the estate will eventually provide almost 500 new homes. Phase 1 is completed, delivering the first 122 mixed tenure homes. With a development value in excess of £150M, members of the Askival team helped to progress a CPO and finalise land assembly on a complex site with both residential and commercial units.
