As part of Merton’s land assembly needs for its massive £1bn regeneration scheme, extensive work was carried out on behalf of the Clarion Housing Group to manage acquisition negotiations with residents on three estates.

Askival’s work helped Clarion demonstrate to Merton Council that they made all reasonable efforts to engage with stakeholders to reach voluntary agreements, prior to the Council progressing a CPO, which has now been confirmed

There were also significant numbers of non-resident leaseholders on the estates where an offer to acquire at market value was made.
