Askival has secured part of the S106 housing at the former National Institute of Medical Research in Mill Hill for Innisfree Housing Association.

Working in association with L&Q through the Build London Partnership scheme, we have completed the development of 16 affordable homes. The project includes a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for rent and shared ownership on the Barratt Homes scheme known as Ridgeway Views.

The scheme comprises 13 homes for affordable rent and three for shared ownership.
