Oakfield House

An ageing block of one-bedroom flats on the estate was replaced with seven family homes, each with four bedrooms, all available at an affordable rent managed by our client. The construction of a further 14 flats for outright sale helped to fund the project and allowed significant landscaping works to the common parts of the wider estate.
