Creating a new neighbourhood within a failing housing estate required vision. This award-winning £200M regeneration project needed Askival’s help when a failed stock transfer led to the team assisting the Council by taking on resident engagement, tenant decant, leasehold buybacks and preparatory works for a CPO which ultimately was not required.
