This £2M development of 13 one and two-bedroomed flats in Hampden Park, Eastbourne was a 100% affordable rent scheme. The site was an underused car park and some largely abandoned estate amenity spaceand helped to meet the Council’s housing need in a deprived area of the town. Members of the Askival team were responsible for all aspects of project delivery; from initial concept and feasibility, selection and appointment of key delivery partners and monitoring the construction through to handover of the project in December 2017
