Askival worked closely with the Local Authority to secure a CPO, allowing the redevelopment to begin on site without the potential delay caused by a Public Inquiry. The existing dilapidated housing blocks are now being replaced by new mixed tenure housing providing 109 new units, a primary school and a replacement mosque.
