Stroudley Walk

This three phase £130M project, now on site, is designed to provide 274 mixed tenure residential dwellings as well as new retail and community facilities. Askival has worked closely with the client to progress a CPO and helped to finalise land assembly on a complex site. The masterplan strategy aims to maximise the development potential of Stroudley Walk with new and refurbished public spaces along its length.
