A steering group of residents helped to select Hill Group as Poplar HARCA’s JV developer following a robust procurement procedure that included an industry leading social value programme for the community over the lifetime of the project. This includes employment and training opportunities, enhancement of community facilities and contribution to existing services.

Askival is providing extensive CPO advice in relation to an appropriate delivery and cash flow strategy for a scheme being delivered in 4 phases over a period of circa 15 years

With a hybrid planning application now submitted, work on the CPO for early phases will now commence in earnest.
