Vine Square

Vine Square satisfies the Council’s vision for housing provision which is mixed tenure and offers its tenants the quality of accommodation urgently needed. Providing new homes and 31 parking spaces on a 0.34 hectare site was a design challenge met by the team, offering a tenure mix of 65% housing association and 35% shared ownership. Winner ofOutstanding New Developer category at the 2016 UK Housing Awards,  members of the Askival team were responsible for all aspects of project delivery.
