Avenue Road Estate, Leyton

Following our recent appointment with the London Borough of Waltham Forest, Askival director Tony Draper is forging ahead with the preparatory work for the regeneration of the Avenue Road Estate in Leyton.

Working with the client as part of a team including HTA Design LLP (architects), Newman Francis (resident advisors) and Ottoway Management (equalities impact assessment), Tony has been drafting the offer documents prior to a ballot of residents and engaging with them for their input on the proposed offer.
