Avenue Road Estate, Waltham Forest

Our client, London Borough of Waltham Forest, has demonstrated its excellent community engagement skills where residents of the Avenue Road Estate have voted in favour of the estate undergoing a full regeneration scheme.  As part of the council team, Askival assisted in the preparation of the formal offer document.

The successful ballot outcome saw 91.5% voting in favour of the regeneration proposals.
