Every now and then it’s good to take a little time to celebrate one’s achievements.

Askival sourced, negotiated and project managed a S106 scheme of 50 affordable homes, and we were pleased to record these financial highlights following completion:

• Practical completion achieved four months early generating a saving of capitalised interest of over £500,000
• Net present value improved by £3 million
• Internal rate of return improved by 1.5%
• Gross development value increased by over £1m

Given the current economic situation, we feel this is worth sharing.
