Temporary Housing Success

Askival is pleased to have been able to support developer BuildVantage in renewing a lease agreement with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. 

The lease provides the council with 71 units of temporary accommodation provision for homeless families. The scheme has proved to be popular with the families placed there by the council and there was a willingness for both parties to agree to a new lease arrangement to retain access to this high quality accommodation. 

The building is a former office converted to residential accommodation under the permitted development regulations in 2016.
