Askival gets pole position on framework

We are thrilled to be selected as development manager on the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire Development Services Framework.

The framework was developed by Pretium Frameworks Ltd  with Watford Community Housing as the contracting authority.

Against stiff competition we were ranked first in the tender selection process, based on our expertise and value for money in housing delivery for housing associations and local authorities.

This award opens up a number of opportunities for Askival. 

Our managing director Malcolm Ward said: 

“We are delighted to be on this framework and look forward to a collaborative and productive relationship with Watford Community Housing and the other consultants and contractors who have been selected. 

“Also, this opens up the door for our development management services, including employer’s agent and sales agency, to be procured by other registered providers in the northern Home Counites and North London and beyond.”
