Glenhaven Avenue, Borehamwood

We are pleased to announce that planning consent has recently been secured for the Industrial Dwelling Society’s (IDS) Glenhaven Avenue site in Borehamwood.

Working with our client, IDS, and the well-known firm of architects, Pollard Thomas Edwards, Askival has helped to deliver an optimised planning consent for the site that converts an historic outline permission for 17 units into a detailed consent for 27 new dwellings.

The development will be 100% affordable with a mix of Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership tenures, providing 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed homes.

Work is now underway to procure a design and build contractor with a view to commencing construction in Q1 2021.
