Hartland Drive, Edgware

We are delighted that the Industrial Dwellings Society has contracted with Fairview New Homes for the delivery of 51 properties at Hartland Drive, Edgware.

Askival provided a range of services to IDS, including financial appraisals, selection and appointment of the technical team, and contract negotiations with Fairview. We also prepared board reports and consulted with IDS’ finance, housing and asset management staff internally.

Now that the scheme is on site Askival will fulfil the client role throughout the construction phase and we look forward to a high quality and sustainable scheme being completed in the summer of 2023.
