Specialist support for Swan Housing Association

Askival is delighted to have secured a contract to support Swan Housing Assocation with some of its residential and commercial settlement negotiations.

Askival’s work will involve resident and non-resident engagement to negotiate acquisition either to secure relocation of residents to new premises or secure vacant possession of their existing property.

Askival’s specialist team is led by director Tony Draper and includes Rob Lantsbury and Ifte Ahmed.

Tony Draper said, “While this work covers a relatively small number of residential and commercial properties, each negotiation will have its idiosyncrasies which will require skill and sensitivity.  As a team, myself, Rob and Ifte have considerable experience in such matters.

“As ever, with such negotiations, one of our main aims here is to progress settlements and secure voluntary agreements with residents, but within a timeframe which enables regeneration to progress in line with the delivery plan.”
