Another milestone has been achieved by our client Poplar HARCA and housebuilder Hill in the form of their recently formed joint venture to regenerate Teviot Estate in Tower Hamlets.

The scheme is expected to deliver more than 2,500 homes, new green and play spaces, shops, community and faith facilities and improved infrastructure.

A steering group of residents and an independent advisor led the procurement process to select a preferred developer from five initial bidders. 

Hill’s social value package for the community over the lifetime of the project includes employment and training opportunities, enhancement of community facilities and contribution to existing services.
