Praise from Merton resident

Everyone likes to be thanked for a job well done – and we are no exception. So it was great to hear from a Merton resident regarding our work in negotiating the acquisition of property on behalf of Clarion Housing Group.

Lisa Graham had lived on the Ravensbury Estate for many years and it was part of our remit to negotiate with her, as well as residents on other Clarion estates, regarding the acquisition of her home for land assembly purposes.  

Lisa said: “A big thank you to Tony, Ifte and Rob for all your support and guidance through a very stressful time. You were all there whenever we needed advice, you were honest and managed our expectations. Nothing was ever too much.”

Askival’s work for Clarion covers three estates in total which sit within the London Borough of Merton’s massive £1bn regeneration scheme.  The scheme will increase the number of homes and deliver new parks, public squares, community spaces, recreational facilities, play spaces, new retail, office, leisure spaces and create new jobs.
