Welcome to Jeanette Kenyon

We are delighted to welcome housing consultant Jeanette Kenyon to the Askival team.

Jeanette specialises in affordable housing development, providing project management and regeneration services to local authorities, housing associations and the private sector. 

She has spent over 30 years delivering complex estate regeneration and mixed-tenure housing initiatives.

Jeanette acts at a senior level on a range of projects, including business development, master planning, options appraisals, stock transfers, procurement, project management, resident involvement strategies and collaborative working. More recently, she has worked with local authorities to establish new build council housing development programmes, supporting the creation of effective project governance structures and capacity building.
